Aaron brings more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, having begun his career in 1991. Throughout the years, he has held a variety of roles but has always been passionate about helping clients understand their coverage and building lasting relationships. Empathy, integrity, and adaptability are the traits that guide his approach, and he looks forward to contributing to Camargo’s positive, team-focused culture and seeing what limits can be achieved together.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys escaping into Sci-Fi shows and spending time in the yard — even if he admits he doesn’t have much of a green thumb. He has volunteered with Matthew 25: Ministries and Christ Church in Mason. Aaron lives in Mason with his partner and their two dogs.
